Local, state and federal wetland regulations often affect land use and development proposals in Massachusetts. Accurately identifying wetland resources in compliance with local & state wetland laws is essential to project design and success.
Delineation and wetland permitting efforts are commonly provided to land owners, as well as architects, landscape architects, engineers and surveyors. Services offered include evaluation of wetland plant communities, hydric soils, and hydrology. Services include completion of standard field and permit application forms under the Wetlands Protection Act, including Field Data Sheets, Request for Determination of Applicability, and, Notice of Intent. Client support and representation is provided during public hearings and on regulatory appeals.
